Job Description

At FortyTwo, we are looking for an experienced and visionary ServiceNow Practice Lead to lead and drive our ServiceNow strategy, performance and growth. In this key leadership role, you will help shape and grow our ServiceNow service line by combining sales, technical consulting, business insights and team leadership. You will lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow practice, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of ServiceNow service offerings, go-to-market strategies and delivery frameworks to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and to create ServiceNow solutions that fit their goals, while contributing to sales initiatives, preparing proposals, and delivering impactful outcomes that address key challenges and drive new opportunities.
  • Use existing networks to find opportunities to promote our ServiceNow services, develop and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards, and develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence and reach.
  • Manage the execution of ServiceNow projects and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget. Oversee all phases from initial assessment to post-implementation support, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise at every stage.
  • Develop strong relationships with ServiceNow and other key partners to strengthen service capabilities and attend industry events and conferences to foster collaboration and expand networks.
  • Stay up to date on evolving ServiceNow capabilities, new technologies and market changes to continuously improve our competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in leading large ServiceNow programs and teams, with strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong consulting background with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • A passion for leadership, mentoring and empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong business sense and practical experience helping drive sales and grow the practice.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) and a good understanding of the evolving ServiceNow ecosystem.
